Fort Lauderdale, FL – Farmer, Jaffe, Weissing, Edwards, Fistos & Lehrman is a proud supporter of the 2011 Take Steps for Crohn's & Colitis Fort Lauderdale, which takes place on Saturday, April 16th at 7pm at the Huizenga Plaza on the Las Olas Riverfront in Fort Lauderdale.

They also have formed TEAM LINDSAY. Attorney Steven M. Jaffe and his family were introduced to the CCFA after his daughter, Lindsay, was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease, at age 16. They reached out to the organization for information and support. Jaffe and his family have remained active in CCFA fundraising efforts and each year they join other families to WALK FOR CROHN’S

Take Steps is Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation Association's (CCFA) national evening walk and celebration and the nation's largest event dedicated to finding cures for digestive diseases. Over 1.4 million American adults and children are affected by these digestive diseases. Donations and money raised helps support local patient programs, as well as important research projects.
