We lost 8 stone between us after a virtual gastric band operation

March 24, 2011 - PRLog -- MUMS Isabell Green and Emma Eveleigh have lost the weight of one human being between them in just six months - and all from using the power of their minds.
The two women didn't use fancy diets or expensive surgery to completely alter their looks.
Their dramatic weight loss is all dow to being 'tricked' into believing they had undergone a gastric band operation.
Coventry mum of three Isabell Green, underwent weight loss hypnotherapy after "ballooning to look like a beach ball".
"I'm only 4ft 11 so being overweight made me look terrible and feel thoroughly miserable," said the 48 year old.
"I was upto 12st which for my frame made me look round!
"I had tried shifting the weight by going the gym but it never stayed off and I would just give up after a couple of months. My weight was constantly yo-yoing."
Then she underwent a hypnotherapy treatment which convinced her she had had a gastric band fitted to shrink her stomach.
"I have gone from 12st down to 8," she said "that's from a dress size 16 to a size 8.
"My eating habits were terrible but now I eat really sensibly without even thinking about it. The amazing thing is, it's just a part of my life. I found it quite easy and the weight just fell off me.
"I can honestly say I just don't feel hungry and I now drink 3 litres of water a day and even gave up my many cups of tea and started drinking hot water instead!"
Isabell has now set herself up with a home 'gym' in her conservatory where she works out after work.
