Dig into Labni (Fresh Cheese made from Yogurt), Samak bin tahina (Sliced fish with sesame sauce), Dolmas (Wine leaf rolled with rice), Kibbeh(Deep fried mutton cutlet) and the very famous Shawarmas (A sandwich of sliced chicken, vegetables, and Tahini wrapped in pita bread).

You can tempt your sweet tooth at the extensive dinner buffet with Sfouf (Almond Semolina Cake), Basbousa (Semolina Cakes with Syrup) Umm Ali (Bread Pudding) and many more.
Enjoy the sumptuous spread amidst Arabian Music, Arabic tea and coffee in the Sheesha Lounge created in the alfresco section of the restaurant. All guests will be welcomed at the gate with the special Arabic tradition of Handwash, application of Itr and sprinkling of Rose Water.
