As surrogacy continues to grow and parents and couples begin looking to surrogacy as an option for starting a family so to does the amount of resources and information on the Internet to help them. One San Diego fertility doctor and specialist, Dr. Lori Arnold has just published some information that outlines how the surrogacy process works and includes everything from procedures and options all the way down to costs and the process involved to get started.

By definition surrogacy is an arrangement whereby a woman agrees to undergo pregnancy and delivery for another Intended Parent (IP). Surrogacy is a complex process that involves medical, mental health and legal professionals to ensure the procedure is successful for both intended parents and surrogate and each case is evaluated differently for each group of patients.
