The Howard County Economic Development Authority's Business Resource Center with The Maryland Small Business Development Center (SBDC) is sponsoring a seminar entitled, Smart Start to Business Success, on Thursday, May 12, 2011, 8:30 a.m. - 12:00 noon at The Center for Business and Technology Development, 9250 Bendix Road, North, Columbia, MD 21045.

Smart Start to Business Success provides the essential HOW TOs for first-time entrepreneurs. Topics include selecting the appropriate legal business entity, financial records, getting start up money, insurance options and Howard County's extensive business resources.
