Speed Date for Speedy Cause

PRLog (Press Release) - Mar. 22, 2011 - Swansea’s only speed dating business Spark-dating.co.uk is not only running a dating event on Thursday 24th March in Oceana, buts its owner – Jayne Smith – is running the London Marathon in 3 weeks in aid of Tenovus Cancer.  

As part of her mission to raise £1600 for the Welsh based Charity, a donation from each ticket sold for this weeks’ fast and flirty event will be donated to the cause.  Spark-dating.co.uk has been organising speed dating events in Swansea for over 6 years and is delighted to be teaming up with Tenovus to support such a worthy charity.

Jayne says “I’ve been doing a great deal of training for the Marathon and the support from friends, family and other businesses has been overwhelming.  I’m pleased that through my own enterprise, I too can support the charity and hope to raise lots of money, whilst also spreading the love!”.  

The event will be held in Oceana’s “Monte Carlo” themed bar this Thursday for the 25-45 age group.
