# Step 3 Proceed- Get started with projects and monitor the results with our Project Management tools, thereby entrusting all your drafting concerns onto us.

WHAT IS STUDIO MODEL?
# Fixed Number of Resources for Fixed Period
We provide our client fixed number of resources for a fixed period of time. If our client is not confident of this model they can even try with a three months trial. (For example you can try 2 people for 3 months.)

HOW DOES THE MODEL WORK
There are coordinators on the client’s and BluEnt’s end who focus on the following aspects:
* Knowledge Transfer
* Kick-off the project call and communication
* Organizing meeting in the overlap hours to go over changes (for example redlines incorporation, collision checking, conflict detection, etc)
* Monitoring and increasing efficiency

HOW EFFICIENCY IS MEASURED

# Common Challenges : Based on our past experience, we have seen the following challenges:
* Unable to fix a team as workflow is not defined.
* We utilize bench resources which get shuffled every time there is a gap of work from the client.
