Lexel Corporation Announces COM_mander®, Web-Based Order Entry for Infor ERP XA

March 23, 2011 - PRLog -- Lexel Corporation, an Infor (formerly MAPICS) Solution Partner, announces general availability of COM_mander®, Web-Based Order Entry for Infor ERP XA.

Unlike COM_Net2, Infor ERP XA’s web store, COM_mander® was designed specifically for internal customer service and remote offices. Accessed with any web browser, COM_mander is fast and so easy to use that most users can immediately use it without training.

Lexel leveraged their deep knowledge of Infor ERP XA order entry from years as an Infor Affiliate and developer of Infor ERP XA’s web store - COM_Net2. Although the native COM and CSM order entry systems are very flexible, their complexity makes it difficult to learn and overkill for most order entry tasks. COM_mander® on the other hand, allows Customer Service Representatives to easily enter most order types without performance problems or cumbersome function keys or tabs.

In addition, its zero-install browser-based client offers superior performance at remote sales offices with poor internet connectivity.

Supported on XA releases 6, 7.7, 7.8, and 9, customers using COM_mander® can seamlessly upgrade to newer releases without any additional training since functionality is identical.
