Start Small but Start NOW There is never a perfect time to do anything, if there is anything you want to do just start today! Make a step in the direction of your goal. All great people, were once small. To be great you need to grow into greatness.

What do you have Now to Start?
Don’t look at what you don’t have. Look at what you have. Work from your area of abundance. It may be a gift or just a good idea or the passion and the dream you have. You can get started with what you have now! Share what you have to many people!

Provide a Service rather than a Product
Create a service. For example, guitar lessons. Use your knowledge and life experiences to serve others. It will not cost you anything to provide a service and charge for it. Do something that you love and could do for free.

Identify Your Target Audience
Describe your niche and your ideal client, which will enable you to speak directly to the ‘Hot Button’ issues of your prospects and get a reaction.

Invest more Time than Money
You need to do more work than you are paid to do and one day you will get paid more than the work you do. Invest fully in your dream, full time or part time. Put everything.

Tell Everybody What You Do.
You need to aggressively spread the word about what you do. Tell everyone you meet or know. Treat every contact as a potential client or referral. Get business cards, letterheads and create a website. There are plenty of sites with free website builders.

Offer Free Services
Offer your services, free to as many people as you can. You see the free service offer is bait. Make an offer to your prospects that they will find hard to refuse. These first people who jump onto your service, will then, (provided you treat them well), give you further referrals and testimonials, plus additional business. You can later on sell them actual products.

Build Trust and Credibility
These two words are what will build your business. Start creating lasting relations. People love relational people. Clients love trustworthy people. They love you when you are credible, consistent, persistent and with good ethic.

Tell Yourself You are a Director!
Hire yourself! You are now the boss. Change the way you think or talk! You are now a Director! Change the people you hang around with. You are a CEO or President of your newly found firm. You need to start networking and going to events where you can meet prospects in your field / niche. Keep reminding yourself you are big! Make sure you follow-up on all contacts and offer them what you do.

Hire Other People
Invest time into your business because the time will come when you have more money than time… that is when you will hire other people to work for you!
