March 18, 2011 - PRLog -- London, 17th March 2011 - Twenga, the most comprehensive shopping search engine, reports a high rise in demand for spring garden products as Brits get ready to move outdoors and temperatures begin to rise.
The star of the season appears to be the fire pit, which has seen an incredible 5 300% rise in searches over the last two months.  Shoppers are going for cast iron models most often, followed closely by stone. La Hacienda is the preferred brand for firepits, though GrillTech and Draper models are also popular.
With a 321% increase in searches, swing seats will be another spring favourite. These are for older and younger alike, with modest colours like black and beige attracting most attention.  Wood is the number one material and Globo the number one brand, followed by Suntime and Leisuregrow.
Garden furniture sets have seen a 294% increase in searches, with durable resin models outperforming classically popular wicker and rattan models. This demand for durability is reflected in searches for brands like Kettler and Royalcraft. White is the most popular colour, but with red and brown also in demand, styles can be unconventional if quality is assured.
