Hell's Kitchen Chef Launches New Menu

(Clearwater, FL) - On March 19, 2011 Pssghetti's Italian Market and Restaurant in Clearwater, Florida and Bowling Rock, North Carolina will debut the brand new menu created by Hell's Kitchen's Chef Robert Hesse.

The new menu is inspired by Chef Hesse's incredible love of food.  It's an eclectic blend of traditional and nontraditional Italian cuisine, Chef Hesse's other restaurants "Georgica and Catamarans Restaurant" as well as some of the dishes we all love watching the contestants make on Hell's Kitchen.

It's the closest thing to Hell's Kitchen "Dinner Service" here in the Tampa Bay and Bowling Rock area.

The menu from Chef Hesse is the enhancement of the established Pssghetti's menu that already was sought after by restaurateurs and fine diners everywhere.

The new menu features tantalizing dishes such as: Fire Cracker Shrimp Tempura, Gulf Shrimp in a Sweet Chili Diablo Aioli, Colossal Crab Cakes with a Roasted Corn, Relish and Sun Dried Tomato Aioli, an exquisite White Truffle Tagliatelle Pasta, and more.

Some of the dishes not mentioned are favorites from Hell's Kitchen which Chef Hesse was a contestant on.  

Most Chefs that appear on the show take the abuse for one season; Hesse on the other hand took it for two seasons. He debuted in season 5 and quickly became one of Chef Gordon Ramsey's favorites to win the competition.  Chef Hesse would be forced to leave the show after a medical condition arose.  FOX decided to bring fan favorite Chef Hesse back after over two million requests flowed in for his return.

Chef Hesse would compete once again for the title of Executive Chef under Chef Ramsey in season 6, but fell short.  Hesse would finish in the respectable top 4 before his elimination.

The menu will debut on Friday, March 19, 2011 for the dinner service.
