Managing Stress for the Caregiver

March 17, 2011 - PRLog -- Managing Stress for the Caregiver is an educational class designed to help people who provide care for a loved one.  You will benefit from this class whether you are helping a parent, spouse, friend, someone who lives at home, assisted living facility, nursing home or across country.

Free to the public, the 45 minute class is on Thursday, April 28th at 5:30 pm at Woodland Terrace, 8850 Red Arrow Highway, in Bridgman. A light supper will be provided for participants. Please RSVP to Woodland Terrace at 269-465-7600.
