$330 Billion in Private Equity Available: Realty Funding Partners Expands Into Hawaii

Explaining the paradigm shift, Dr. Elam stated that "Traditional lending sources have left the market and the residential real estate market has become very toxic and more and more difficult one in which to succeed."

Private lenders such as private equity firms and wealthy individuals, with billions of dollars to invest, are moving aggressively to fill the vacuum left by conventional lenders in funding projects in untapped commercial markets said Dr. Elam.

“Our goal is to become the largest net branch company in the industry.” said Dr. Elam. “We already have more than 30 branch offices throughout the nation and are on track to open up another 20-25 branches in the next  60 days. "

Mr. Sabo is excited about his new career in commercial real estate finance and the huge earning potential Realty Funding Partners has to offer.
