The course will start on April 18th, 2011, at the European School of Economics, Milan Campus and the module requires 3 in-class hours per week, for a total of 36 hours.

A personal shopper may work for individual clients purchasing clothing, furniture, jewellery, or gifts, or they may be employed for an organisations, such as a boutique, department store, or shopping centre.
The course is spread out over 10 weeks covering topics of vital importance to anyone who wants to enter into a career as a personal shopper, including the skills employers and clients are looking for in a personal shopper, how to get insider knowledge of products and trends, and identifying a client's needs and finding the appropriate products.
