Donizetti’s L’elisir d’amore Opera on the BIG SCREEN in Hi-Def at BIG ARTS

March 15, 2011 - PRLog -- Recorded live with the Glyndebourne Chorus and the London Philharmonic Orchestra, BIG ARTS brings L’elisir d’amore to the big screen in Schein Performance Hall at 7 p.m. Thursday, April 7.

An intoxicating and deeply touching opera with a fast moving comic story of romantic rivalry and a bogus doctor’s love potion. This production of Donizetti's L’elisir d’amore features Peter Auty, Massimo Cavaletti and Adriana Kucerova.

Tickets are general admission $20, student $5.

L’elisir d’amore will be presented at BIG ARTS in high definition video and digital surround sound. Listening devices are available for the hearing impaired. BIG ARTS is located at 900 Dunlop Road, Sanibel.
