March 15, 2011 - PRLog -- Old Guys Rule (oldguysrule.com), the lifestyle brand that resonates as a “Badge of Honor” among men around the world, together with Muhammad Ali Enterprises LLC, has launched the Old Guys Rule Muhammad Ali “Legends” Collection.  The collection will debut with three t-shirts that honor the legendary fighter and his greatness that exists even today beyond the ring.   Each design features an iconic image coupled with one of Ali’s enduring sayings, including “Float Like a Butterfly, Sting Like a Bee,”  “I Am the Greatest,” and “It’s Not Bragging if You Can Back It Up.”  A portion of the proceeds from the Old Guys Rule Muhammad Ali Collection will benefit the Muhammad Ali Center (alicenter.org) in Louisville, Ky.

The collection will be available online at oldguysrule.com and in select U.S. retailers beginning April 15, 2011.  The shirts, priced at $19.99, are 100% cotton and will be available in men’s sizes M to XL, in colors including black and charcoal.

Old Guys Rule introduced the Legends line in 2008 to recognize men from all walks of life, who wear their age with pride and celebrate their accomplishments.  The first man to be featured in the Legends line was John Wayne, another high-profile American who was the epitome of strength and courage throughout  his life.  A portion of the proceeds from the sale of the extremely popular John Wayne Legends Collection continue to benefit the John Wayne Cancer Foundation and now exceed $100,000.

“Muhammad Ali was the logical choice to extend the Old Guys Rule Legends line,” said Don Craig, founder of Old Guys Rule.  “Throughout his life and career, Ali has demonstrated strength, courage and determination.  Rather than letting considerable challenges slow him down, Ali continues to persevere and inspire and in turn has become one of our generation’s greatest humanitarians. ”

“After seeing their success with the John Wayne Collection, we were excited to add Muhammad Ali to the Old Guys Rule Legends Collection,” said Kelly C. Hill, vice president of worldwide licensing at Muhammad Ali Enterprises LLC.  “We were impressed by their commitment to giving back in a meaningful way and we are pleased that our involvement can support the Muhammad Ali Center.”

About Old Guys Rule
