New Consultants in Miami for Executive Search Firm TRANSEARCH International

March 15, 2011 - PRLog -- Margarita Plasencia and Mar Hernandez recently joined the Miami office as Consultant and Executive Coach and Senior Client Partner. Margarita has over 30 years of experience in the corporate arena with demonstrated expertise in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Leadership Development, Organisational Development and Coaching.  Previously she has leadership roles at Avaya, Inc. and American Airlines, before establishing MP Coaching Solutions, specialising in corporate coaching and leadership development consulting. Currently, Margarita serves on the Board of the Florida Chapter of the Organisational Development Network.  She has also been a coach and advisor to the Board of UWAG, a non-profit organisation dedicated to improving animal welfare through education, advocacy & coordination of community efforts.

Mar specialises in Banking and Financial Services and Renewable Energy industries. Mar brings 19 years of experience in the marketing/BPO industry covering a broad background in product development, sales management, marketing and CRM services strategy for international markets. She also has extensive experience creating short and long-term sales plans involving strategic account penetration in the US Hispanic market.

Prior to joining TRANSEARCH, Mar was in charge of Amicorp’s BPO business opportunities as well as BPO Marketing support for the BPO Division. In this role, she was responsible for acquisition and support of new operations in Europe and the Americas inside the new BPO service offering that Amicorp delivers from India. Her career includes roles as VP of Business Development for the BOP division of MphasiS, and VP of Sales for TeleTech, a CRM leading company with operations in more than 25 countries.
