Follow on Google News | Exciting, unique, new Brownlow 321 footy voting game launchedSeason 1 of the new Brownlow 321 game, has been launched today at www.brownlow321.com by the award-winning team behind the Score Five Footy game.
By: Brownlow 321 Footy fans select any 3 games from all the games of each round, after they have been played and vote for the 3 best players on ground (without ranking them) in each game selected. Basic points are won if any of their selected players are also selected by Brownlow's secret umpires. (3 points for best on ground: 2 for 2nd best; 1 point for 3rd.) Bonus points are won for getting all 3 nominees correct in any match. And players nominate a single banker game in each round, for which double points will be awarded. There are great prizes to be won for winning an individual round and also the season long champ – and it's totally free! Players play in public leagues and they may also play in private leagues that they create. Brownlow 321's round results are posted each Thursday night, so players can see the voting and their success as it happens. Round and season long Brownlow 321 champions are created. When the real Brownlow votes are revealed, at the end of the regular season, a recast is done and Brownlow 321 creates another Champion – namely the person who came closest to the actual voting. “I'm delighted with the concept and product we've developed” said Brownlow 321 Founder, Nigel Reid. “This game is a big and exciting move away from all the guessing that goes on in footy tipping competitions. In Brownlow 321 you watch, read, debate, think and then vote after seeing all the games and reports. So it really is all about your knowledge of how footy is played and your ability to assess player performance. A true game of skill!” Brownlow 321 is now open for registrations and the deadline for voting in Round 1 is March 31st 2011. For enquiries please contact info@brownlow321.com End
