Jim Ryan, new VP Business Development for Integral Technology

Integral Technology, a visionary manufacturer of printed circuit board solutions, announces the appointment of Jim Ryan to the position of Vice President, Business Development. Mr. Ryan comes to Integral Technology from Sanmina-SCI, where he served as Vice President of Business Development for a year specializing in high-end technologies for the defense and medical markets, and VP/ General Manager PCB Operations for fifteen years.
“When I saw the extraordinary work Integral Technology was doing with the ZETA® products, addressing the challenges of lead-free assembly and HDI, I knew I needed to be a part of these visionary technologies,” enthused Mr. Ryan. “The printed circuit board industry faces new challenges brought on by the need for multiple lamination cycles, miniaturization, and the elimination of pad-cratering defects which ZETA® addresses.”
Mr. Ryan offers 25 years experience in PCB manufacturing, both domestically and internationally, with nine years in the defense and medical markets, specifically.

He can provide his clients with insights on the growing demands of their customers - the larger manufacturers of consumer, defense and medical products. His knowledge forges the chain of manufacturing communication which ultimately brings a greater level of technology and reliability into the consumer’s hands,” comments Ken Parent Vice President, Integral Technology.
Mr. Ryan managed manufacturing operations in Southern California and Singapore where the technology focused on varied markets ranging from commercial volume to defense and medical HDI.
Regarding his new position, Mr. Ryan further explained, “What interests me most in joining the Integral Technology team is the challenge of working in a business development capacity with visionary products which truly exhilarate the growth of technology in the electronics and printed circuit board industry.”
Jim will be attending the IPC Apex Expo in April and available to meet and discuss the ZETA® family of products. Mr. Ryan resides in Southern California with his wife and two daughters.
