For many years Biofeedback and Neurofeedback training has been a fantastic method of learning how to self reduce the effects of stress on one’s own mind and body.  

Biofeedback and Neurofeedback Training consists of monitoring a person's bodily functions such as brain activity, muscle tension, blood pressure, heart rate, skin temperature or sweat gland activity, and then conveying the information to the person in real-time via biological monitoring instruments; for the purpose of learning to manipulate and control the physiological activity at will.

Stress, and especially one’s response to stress becomes easily controllable after proper Biofeedback and/or Neurofeedback Training.  During the training process, the person increases self awareness and learns how to self regulate there own brain and body.  
Biofeedback and Neurofeedback are extremely effective methods of drastically improving the effects of stress on the brain and body.
