Criswell Honda Announces Arrival of All New 2011 Honda Element

March 14, 2011 - PRLog -- The 2011 Honda Element can seat up to four passengers and is available in three trims: the LX, EX, and SC.

The new Honda Element is impressively spacious inside with useful and innovative cargo options. The new Honda Element is designed to maximize cargo space and offers total 74.6 cubic feet of cargo space with the rear seats folded down. The rear seats can fold flat to the floor, fold up and to the sides, and can easily be removed altogether.

According to Honda, there are 64 different cargo and seating configurations possible in the Element! All models are designed with water-resistant fabric in the front seats. EX models, however, has water-resistant fabric in both the front seats and rear seats.


Standard features on the Element LX include a four-speaker AM/FM/CD stereo, air conditioning, cruise control and remote entry. The EX trim offers additional features like a more powerful stereo with XM satellite radio that can play both MP3 and WMA files. An auxiliary input jack along with steering-wheel mounted audio controls are also available on the EX model. A USB audio interface and Honda’s Satellite-Linked Navigation System with voice recognition and a rearview camera are optional on the EX trim.

The 2011 Element has earned a “Good” rating from the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety as well as a top score for roof strength.

Standard safety features for the new 2011 Honda Element include: dual-stage front air bags, side air bags for front and rear passengers, and rollover sensing side curtain air bags. A rearview camera is available with the optional navigation system and is only available on the EX model. Other standard safety features include electronic stability control, Vehicle Stability Assist with traction control, four-wheel anti-lock brakes, Electronic Brake Distribution and Brake Assist.
