She will construct and implement the company's SEO and social media marketing strategies, and be involved in enhancing the business' technology. Charis is currently updating the firm's widely distributed white paper "The ABC's of PEO - How to Evaluate Professional Employer Organizations", which will be made available to employers, HR managers and human resource professionals upon request. Charis, a native of South Africa, has traveled widely and imparts a global view, having lived in Greece, San Jose, CA, New York, and currently enjoys residing in beautiful Palm Beach, Florida.  Charis attended Design Tine University in South Africa, graduating with a BA in Interior Design.
