March 12, 2011 - PRLog -- Hot Spring Spas of Music City, a premier portable spa dealer is proud to announce a customer appreciation event.  

According to Dennis Croteau, the company’s president, “even though the economy slowed in the region in 2010, our sales increased.  There are many contributing factors here, but it all comes down to our growing list of dedicated customers.  We decided to put on this event to say thanks.”

The company is owned and run by brothers Dennis and Kevin Croteau, both Wilson County residents.  Dennis started his career refurbishing Hot Spring hot tubs in 1992 and opened the store in 2003.  Kevin joined Dennis after he retired from the US Army in February 2007.

“When we started the business, we decided to focus our attention on providing quality product and quality customer service.  We have never strayed from that philosophy,” said Dennis.  “We strive to create new customers and keep those customers for life.”

“We understand that buying a portable hot tub can be a difficult and often times confusing process.  That's why we decided to offer Nashville spa buyers free in-home consultations, free in-store test soaks and one free hot tub move within one year of purchase.  In addition, we offer service to all hot tub and sauna owners, not just those who bought from us,” continued Dennis.
