Menu

First Course
Pappardelle pasta and pacific shrimp drizzled with a lightly spiced sauce of coconut and curry cream

Salad Course
Heirloom beets, sliced smoked chicken and baby mache in a scarlet orange dressing presented in a radicchio cup garnished with caramelized pistachios

Entrée
Oven roasted veal loin stuffed with organic arugula, spinach and Fontina cheese with a chanterelle and porcini mushrooms accented with a Southern comfort, fresh sage and game infusion

Dessert
Chocolate crepes filled with caramelized bananas presented with a saffron Anglaise and chocolate ganache
