Announcing Upcoming Showing of LRAart

March 11, 2011 - PRLog -- Ware Malcomb's  CEO, Lawrence R. Armstrong, is not only an accomplished architect and business leader, but a talented contemporary artist, who recently launched this new endeavor, LRAart.   We are excited to announce that his art series "Layered Vision,"  has been selected for the latest art exhibit at Bistango Restaurant, located at 19100 Von Karman Avenue, Irvine, California 92612.  

Bistango is a part of The Dining As Art collection of restaurants, which includes six Southern California restaurants, diningasart.com.  Two of these restaurants, Bistango and Bayside  include a rotating art exhibit of modern artists, adding to the ambience and uniqueness of the dining experience.  The works are selected by curator, Antoinette Sullivan of Studio Gallery, who has been working with Bistango for almost 20 years.  For more information please visit www.studiogallery.net.

Lawrence Armstrong is well known for his strategic, visionary approach to design and business. His focus on creativity and innovation influence all of his artistic endeavors.  He has been inspired by modern architects and artists. When he is not running Ware Malcomb, Lawrence is working in his art studio or traveling with sketchbooks. His international travels have influenced his art as well.  He has traveled extensively throughout the world including North America, Latin America, Europe, Japan and the Middle East.
