Greensboro, NC  – As the spring months approaches, Pure Fashion® Triad sets to host their Second Annual Fashion Show on Sunday, March 27, 2011, at 1:00pm to 5:00 pm.  It will take place at Four Seasons Town Centre Mall located at 410 Four Seasons Town Centre Greensboro, North Carolina 27427.
The ticketed event will feature returning keynote speaker, WFMY News 2 Morning Show Co-Anchor, Tracey McCain.  Models of the show will include 47 teen girls from the Triad area between the ages of 14 and 18 years old, who will strut modestly down a runway showcasing modest spring fashion from specialty stores Dillard’s and Myline’s Bridal Boutique.
Event organizers also teamed up with Guilford Technical Community College cosmetology students under the direction of Morris Boswell, Lancôme Cosmetics, and Licensed Esthetician Jamie Schleuning of Dermatology Specialists in Greensboro, to provide hair and makeup for the models.

In addition to guests witnessing a professionally choreographed fashion show, essay contest winner and Pure Fashion model, Zarah Haith will deliver her captivating written composition at the event.
“The Pure Fashion® Triad program is a fun, fashionable means to unite and strengthen families to remain above society’s negative influences,” says Trish Klier, a co-organizer of the event.  In preparation of the show, the faith-based organization held several seminars and training sessions throughout the year with the girls that included topics on etiquette, public speaking, make-up application, and modeling.  “The Pure Fashion® models will undoubtedly impact the youth of Greensboro,” says Kleir.
Come out and enjoy fashion with a purpose as Pure Fashion® Triad will send out a message that “Pretty Is Not Provocative”, and “Real Models Are Role Models!”
Ticket prices are $15 and can be purchased by calling Trish Klier at (336) 292-2237 or email trish@purefashiontraid.com.

About Pure Fashion®: The idea of Pure Fashion began in church basements in Chicago, Seattle, and Atlanta in 1999, when frustrated mothers and daughters staged fashion shows, featuring modest, yet stylish clothing.  The modesty movement blossomed in 2004, when an 11-year old girl from Seattle notified Nordstrom’s department store that there were no jeans available to fit her properly.  Nordstrom responded with a new web page for juniors, called “Modern and Modest”, allowing a platform for organizers of Pure Fashion to seize the opportunity to take their message forward. Pure Fashion is international with programs in the US, Canada, Argentina, Australia, Belgium, Germany, Hungary, Mexico, Poland, Philippines, Rome, and Spain
