A good example is the broker who wants to concentrate on luxury home listings. Savvy SEO, or search engine optimization, is one key factor in getting viewers to your video.   The title of the video, and the keywords used to set up the video, are an important factor in matching up your video with the words and phrases that prospects are entering in their search query, such as Google, when they go searching for a particular type of property in a certain location.  

Another good way to reach out to the world is to start a blog.  It's really not that difficult, and it is a way to market yourself to the global blogosphere in a very unobtrusive way.  Again, when blogging, it's necessary to be very aware of who you are trying to reach, and, again, to make use of search engine optimization.
