March 10, 2011 - PRLog -- Author Jim Ingersoll is partnering with Richmond Metropolitan Habitat For Humanity by donating book proceeds during an upcoming author signing at the Richmond Metropolitan Habitat for Humanity ReStore on April 2, 2011, from 1am-1pm.

Investing Now teaches readers how to completely renovate housing by selecting the right contractor and then adding value during construction.  Readers are also shown a complete system on flipping houses including finding the right house, funding the purchase, making the renovation and selling the property.  It is the intention of the Author to teach readers the complete process and provide clean, safe and affordable housing to the end-buyer.

Jim Ingersoll will be celebrating the release of his book, which is scheduled to be available on Amazon  and Investingnownetwork’s website  on March 1, 2011.  Ingersoll will be donating proceeds from the sale of his book Richmond Metropolitan Habitat for Humanity on April 2, 2011.
