Cushman & Wakefield Names Ben Brenner Associate Director

March 9, 2011 - PRLog -- MORRISTOWN, N.J. - Ben Brenner of Hoboken, N.J., has been promoted to the position of Associate Director at commercial real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. He is part of an award-winning, five-person brokerage team that specializes in representing commercial tenants and landlords.

Brenner joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2007 and today focuses solely on business development and servicing his clients’ commercial real estate needs. His group was recognized as the top leasing brokerage team in New Jersey, based upon total transaction size and volume, for the previous three years by Real Estate New Jersey magazine.

As a tenant representation specialist, Brenner’s work has included national and global portfolio assignments for clients First Solar, Inc., SGS Group, BASF and Reed Elsevier. He also has represented Meiko America, Unigestion, Rosetta Genomics and Yoox Group, among others, in meeting their tri-state occupancy needs. In 2010 alone, he completed 21 tenant transactions in the U.S. and Canada with an aggregate total over 320,000 square feet.

Brenner is a 2009 graduate of Cushman & Wakefield’s “Junior Executive Training” (JET) program, which provides members with high levels of instruction in the areas of financial analysis, business strategy and future industry trends.

Brenner earned a bachelor’s degree in Management and Marketing from Monmouth University and currently is pursuing a master’s degree at New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate. He is a member of the U.S. Green Building Council’s New Jersey chapter and is working toward that organization’s LEED® GA accreditation.
