IAPA Set to Announce Au Pair of the Year Award

March 9, 2011 - PRLog -- The International Au Pair Association (IAPA) is announcing its “Au Pair of the Year” as part of its programme at next week’s Work Experience Travel Market and IAPA Annual Conference (WETM-IAC).

The conference, held 16-18 March in Brussels, is a prime opportunity for IAPA members and prospective members to make valuable business connections and learn about the latest in the au pair industry.

The Au Pair of the Year Award provides au pairs the recognition and credit they deserve and enhances the public’s awareness of this demanding job. It is one of many initiatives that fit IAPA’s mandate as the only global organisation designed to support the people and businesses involved in the industry.

The three finalists are:

•   Luna Vasquez de la Rosa - placed through The Childcare Company (UK)
•   Melanie Bluhm - EurAupair Intercultural Child Care Programs (USA)
•   Nadine Kuehlkamp – Au Pair Ecosse (UK)
