Utah House Approves Legislation Making Gold and Silver Coins Legal Tender

PRLog (Press Release) - Mar. 8, 2011 - The Utah House of Representatives passed H.B. 317 last week making gold coins and silver coins legal tender in the State of Utah. The bill easily passed 47-26. It was introduced in the Senate on March 4 and action is expected soon on the important legal tender bill. It then has to be forwarded to the Governor for signing.
