Union County, where Fanwood is located, has a diverse mix of towns with homes catering to the middle and upper-middle class demographic. Consorte went on to say, “Fanwood homes are desirable because there’s great schools and a safe and quiet small-town feel. It’s great for families – looking for move-in and new-condition homes - so we often sell our Fanwood properties in the first week of listing. So we’re glad we’re getting additional inventory.”
