By: Patty Tucker, PA-C -- Sleep of Champions A poll just released by the NSF reveals that 43% of Americans age 13-64 say they rarely or never get a good night's sleep on weeknights. The reasons for this are as many as the sheep that are being counted every night. Sonoma County resident, Patty Tucker, PA-C knows about this first hand.
