Called Hurricane, the new separator uses larger diameter inlets to increase the air flow from the debris tank to the blower. The separator itself has a larger circumference for improved material separation from the air stream; the larger “eye” of the Hurricane slows the air velocity so any particles may “fall out” into the hopper. The centrally located filter screen is removable for easy cleaning and/or replacement, but also includes a standard flush-out system for on-board cleaning. This filter assembly is also available with an optional bag assembly for trapping fines. The high capacity hopper is fitted with an extra large clean out and access door for easier and more thorough removal of material, and there is a blower inspection port to allow for easy visual inspection of the blower lobes.
