Hair Body & Sol Partners With Area Non-Profits to Provide Free Life Makeovers for Teens and Women

March 2, 2011 - PRLog -- VISTA, Calif. – There will be some life makeovers taking place on Monday, March 7 starting at 9:00am as the talented stylists from Hair Body & Sol of Vista partner with Becky’s House of the YWCA of San Diego (a San Diego shelter for women and their children who were victims of domestic violence and abuse) and with "From the Inside Out, Inc." (a refuge for at risk teens) to help make a positive change in their lives starting with giving them the gift and lessons of beauty.  

“We are so very excited about giving back to the community and improving the self-esteem of some area teens and women who have who have been stricken with unfortunate situations and circumstances. Our goal is to awaken the nature beauty from the inside out and to help these ladies find a beauty in themselves that they have either forgotten they had or never knew existed,” said Brian Whitfield, co-owner of Hair Body & Sol. “Our team of hair artists have been really looking forward to this day to use their talents to make a difference providing these ladies with hair, makeup and manicure makeovers as well as lessons in how to maintain their new look and a few other ‘surprises.’”

Beth Whitfield, owner of Hair Body & Sol and Premiere National Color Educator for John Paul Mitchell Systems adds, “With all the violence and negativity we see and hear every single day it’s easy to let it get you down.  We decided that we have to spread beauty in every way we can to as many people as we can.
