Sanctuaria hosted the Saturday afternoon demonstration, “Tapas and Wine”. Chef Lee provided plate presentations for some sensational signature dishes; Empanadas with Aji Amarillo, Chicken Skewers, Jalapeno Cornbread and everyone’s favorite, Vaca Frita. Timothy provided useful insight on how different wine profiles interact with bright Latin American spices.
Chef Lee and Matt Seiter are working with Stone Hill Winery to craft a specialty wine program that will be exclusive to the Padda Restaurant Group. Additional details will be provided at a later date.
