Gerry Czarnecki of O2 Media Invites Leadership Broward to Studio to Share Corporate Exec Experience

Gerry sat down with the group to share his insight as a successful leadership author and top level executive at such prestigious organizations as IBM and Bank of America.

Gerry is the co-founder of The National Leadership Institute (NLI), Chairman of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) Florida Chapter, and sits on the Board of Directors of State Farm Insurance Company and Del Global Technology, Inc. Prior to O2 Media, Gerry served as Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of Bank of America–Hawaii and was Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Administration at IBM during the company’s history-making turnaround in the mid-90s. He’s authored five books on leadership and is nationally recognized for his leadership consulting, career coaching, financial planning and investment management services.
