Jen Haley South Florida Abstract Artist and Faux Finisher

March 1, 2011 - PRLog -- Jen Haley is an Abstract artist and Decorative Painter residing in Fort Lauderdale.  Her decorative paint finishes have been seen in San Francisco, New York, Philadelphia, Portugal, and in Miami.  Jen has been a painter for over 10 years with a previous career in the theater arts as a scenic artist and prop artisan.  She began her faux painting company in San Francisco in 2004 and since then her work has been seen on HGTV Curb appeal and in various chains such as Lime Fresh Mexican Grille in Miami.  Services include painting furniture, custom painted cabinets, murals, children's rooms, floors, interior and exterior concrete, exterior homes, ceilings, textured finishes, venetian plaster, and much more.

She began her abstract art career in Fort Lauderdale in 2009, and has had much success.  Her work consists of unique materials such as shellacs and 2 part epoxy on wood.  Her pieces are large in scale, and have layers of paint, ink, and powdered  pigments between thick layers of epoxy.  Her work can be seen at AVA Fine Art in Wynwood Miami, 271 NW 23rd Street, Miami, and BURO Miami,3250 Northeast 1st Avenue #305
