New candle shop to bring “scents” to the antelope valley.

March 1, 2011 - PRLog -- Initially opening with over 14 brands of luxury scented candles, by the end of summer, 2011, Lamplighter Candles will become the home to over 20 different brands of candles. Many of these candles and gift items will not be available anywhere else in the Antelope Valley.
“We’re getting a lot of great feedback from our customers already,” said Kane Martin, of Lamplighter Candles. “We think it’s going to be a great opportunity for people of the A.V. to sample and take part in something they would typically have to go out of town for.”
The company has taken a social media approach to reaching its customers by establishing its presence on the Internet with both a home page (http://www.lamplightercandles.com) and on Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/lamplightercandles). By using engaging social media tools such as Facebook's places application, Lamplighter Candles is hoping to draw people to the store and to show their customers that they are an important part of what makes up Lamplighter Candles. "Pretty much all of the best stores I've been to, I have heard of through friends or family. If it's a good place and offers something people want, then people will tell their friends about it," said Nicole Martin, of Lamplighter Candles.
While offering some of the more famous candles such as Yankee and Salt City candles, Lamplighter Candles will bring more exotic brands such as Voluspa, Seda France, and Aquiesse candles to their line up as well. In addition, they will be including fun brands such as Ted Shreds, BeanPod and Candles by Stone to the local area.
