With a mind-set on spreading authentic Italian culinary tradition throughout the world, Hassler Roma’s management’s choice has already awarded the following chefs: Tommaso Maddelena, Toumas Heikkinen and Emanuele Lattanzi who, preceded Chef Vincenzo di Tuoro at the Vetro restaurant and Chef Filippo Giunta at the Travertino in New Delhi.
The Neapolitan chef, Vincenzo Di Tuoro, who headed, the kitchen of the Palazzetto for four years will head the kitchen staff of the Vetro Restaurant for the next 2-years. He will thus, offer Oberoi’s guests the Neapolitan culinary creativity and will explain the true Mediterranean culinary traditions, base on the reliability of his formation which took place in the kitchen of the famous hotel located on top of the Spanish Steps, the Hassler Roma.
Hassler Roma has chosen the young chef, Filippo Giunta, for the Travertino Restaurant in New Delhi. Chef Giunta has already introduced the gusto and freshness of Sicilian cuisine.
This international collaboration project promoted by Hassler Roma opens the doors for important cultural exchange between two of the most important hotel industries in the world.
