Feb. 28, 2011 - PRLog -- FAIRLESS HILLS, Pa. -- Borders Group Inc. hired several bankruptcy professionals for the provision of legal, consultancy and advisory services.  The professionals include AP Services LLC as crisis managers; Kasowitz, Benson, Torres & Friedman LLP as general counsel; Baker & MacKenzie LLP as special corporate counsel; Jefferies & Company, Inc., as investment banker; DJM Realty Services LLC as real estate consultant; and The Garden City Group, Inc. as noticing and claims agent, among others.
