Help Us Get YOU More Bookings! The best way to book you is to get to know you. That is why your attendance at our workshop is so important to us.
Our marketing director's and booking agents will be available for one-on-one consultations with you to determine who your target audience is, what is your area of expertise, etc.
Meeting with our booking agents is just as important as speaking to a meeting planner. Our agents are on the phone with meeting planners daily, looking for opportunities for our members. The more we know about you, the easier it is to get you bookings! If you wish to be a presenter at the workshop, contact one of our marketing representatives to secure a slot. You can invite meeting planners and clients to attend for free to hear your presentation.
Video Opportunities At our workshops, we give speakers an opportunity to film a 45-min video. We use four cameras and edit on-the- fly so you walk away with a quality video you can use for back of the room sales. We also offer 10-minute slots for those of you needing a demo video to send to meeting planners.
We have several slots available for the video taping. These will fill up fast. Please call your Marketing Director to sign up for one. You may also register at www.isnworks.com to attend the workshop and reserve your video taping.
Remember, our attendees are your audience. Plan to attend both days to insure that everyone has a good audience for their videos.
One of our agents was able to meet one of our speaker at our workshop. She recently talked with him about the best way to book him. As a result, she was able to secure him three bookings in one day.
One of our speakers met an owner of a real estate franchise and was booked to speak to a group of brokers. That has spun off into 2 more bookings, one which has an attendence of over 2500.
One of our agents was working a booking for July, but had not secured a speaker for it. Upon meeting one of our members at the April workshop, he mentioned speaking on that topic. We contacted the meeting planner and secured the booking for him.
At the last workshop, we were able to have a some meeting planners present. They were impressed the with the speakers they were able to see and we hope to secure bookings in the future.
