Sunset Properties to Host 2nd Housekeeping Seminar March 19th at Sunset Beach, NC

To be held at Sea Trail Resort in Sunset Beach, North Carolina

Sunset Beach, North Carolina – February 2011/Sunset Properties/Press Release – Sunset Properties, a leading professional vacation rental firm headquartered in Sunset Beach, North Carolina has announced that it will be hosting its 2nd Housekeeping Seminar and Job Fair on March 19th at the Sea Trail Conference Center from 10 am until 12 noon.  The event is open to individuals and contractors interested in cleaning one of the company’s 450 rental homes in either Sunset Beach, NC or Ocean Isle Beach, NC this coming season.

The conference will include presentations on proper and efficient cleaning procedures to use when cleaning a home, along with demonstrations of some of the new products on the market.  A representative from Brame Specialties will be assisting at the seminar.

“Last year’s conference went well, and we hope to make this year’s even more
informative,” said David Sides, Housekeeping Manager for Sunset Properties.  “We’re going to pack a lot of suggestions into the two hours to make it well worth everyone’s time to participate again.”

A popular feature of last year’s conference was a Q&A session with homeowners to let attendees hear what some of the owner expectations are.  This year’s session will be moderated by Pat Wolfe, General Manager of Sunset Properties.
