On the final leg of his concert tour, Damon Johnson continues to capture the hearts of his fans.

PRLog (Press Release) - Feb. 24, 2011 - February 24, 2011 – Birmingham, AL – Founding member of Brother Cane, guitarist for rock legend Alice Cooper, vocalist and lauded songwriter Damon Johnson continues to capture the hearts of his fans on his “Release” tour.
“Release” was recorded at Kensington Road Studios in Birmingham, Alabama, and unveils a diverse collection of original material performed with Johnson’s heartfelt, soulful style as a songwriter, singer and guitarist.
"These are songs that just meant a whole lot to me," Johnson says. "I realized that I had a batch of material, just sitting there, and I’d be proud to have recorded versions of me singing them. I think some of the best songwriting I’ve ever done is on this album."

Johnson is also known as vocalist and guitarist in Slave To The System (featuring Queensryche drummer, Scott Rockenfield), and a member of country rock vocal group, Whiskey Falls.
