Director, Rosser Goodman Signs with Buchwald & Associates

Feb. 24, 2011 - PRLog -- Rosser Goodman, president of KGB Films, recently signed with Neil Bagg of Don Buchwald & Associates, a company with a reputation of over thirty-years of excellent client representation. The Buchwald Agency’s long-standing industry relationships have enhanced the careers of up and coming talent as well as established names. Rosser is ecstatic about this collaboration and is confident that the Buchwald Agency will guide her career in the right direction. “Good representation is critical in negotiating projects that are a good fit for me and my company,” said Rosser.

Rosser’s career as an emerging writer, director and producer gained momentum while working on the set of the of the Steven Spielberg television series, “Earth 2”. Today, her track record includes the critically and commercially successful feature “Holding Trevor”, as well as a number of other titles.

The Buchwald Agency gives Rosser tremendous momentum to move forward with the projects she is most passionate about, such as bringing her original script, “Mongoose8” to the big screen. The screenplay, a supernatural love story between two women, won the prestigious Panasonic Filmmakers’ Award. KGB Films is currently seeking producing partners for this intriguing and unique script.

Rosser is selective about the projects she will take on. She and her team are persistent when it comes to finding new and untested trends in popular culture. She understands that this is important when it comes to making unique and cutting edge films. “I have always admired directors like Martin Scorsese, Alfred Hitchcock and David Fincher”, said Rosser. “I want to make memorable films that will entertain; movies that will serve as a testament to my skill as a director.”  

Rosser has also taken advantage of the current studio interest to partner with independent production houses. "I would love to partner with a studio like Paramount, if there is a window of opportunity", said Rosser.  Further adding, "this is what has allowed film companies like KGB Films to fill the content gap, to produce unconventional and unique groundbreaking independent films." KGB Films is located on the lot of Paramount Studios.
