My Mad Methods Magazine Contributor Dave Hedges to Complete 1-Mile of Kettlebell Swings for Charity

PRLog (Press Release) - Feb. 24, 2011 - REHAB is a leading charity working for social and economic inclusion among people with disabilities and others who are marginalised.. Our services include Resource centres, Respite Care, Residential Services, Outreach services, Supported Accommodation and many more. The people who currently use our services include young people and adults with physical, sensory and intellectual disabilities, people with mental health difficulties, people with autism and people with an acquired brain injury. Rehab assist people of all ages and from all walks of life to live independently and play the fullest possible role in the world around them.




HEADSUP is a suicide prevention campaign programme aimed at 15-24 year olds. There are now more suicides than road accidents in Ireland and HEADSUP is working to enhance young peoples coping skills and prevent them from reaching a stage where they contemplate suicide.



Dave Hedges is seeking to raise €4,000.00 ($6,480) for the charities. As of February 23, 2011, Dave has managed to raise €1,566.00 ($2,537) through off-line and on-line donations. The charities accept donations as small as €2.00 ($3.24), and every cent will be put to good use.
