Final Space Shuttle Launch

Universal Action Travel comments on U.S. Space Shuttle Discovery launch scheduled for Thursday February 24, 2011

Feb. 23, 2011 - PRLog -- NASA has announced that the Space Shuttle Discovery is due for launch tomorrow, Thursday February 24, 2010 at approximately 4:50PM EST. The launch, which is historic in its nature, as it’s the last space flight for this shuttle, is headed to the International Space Station on its last voyage to outer space.

“This is an exciting moment in history as it’s the last voyage this fleet of shuttles will complete. Also it’s an amazing opportunity to show the rest of the country, and the world what we are doing in Florida, and showcasing its best to those outside our state.”

Universal Action Travel travelers who have witnessed space shuttle launches in the past have told the company that this experience of seeing a launch as been “unique and unforgettable.” Universal Action Travel has been sending its travelers to the Kennedy Space Center for the last 3 years as part of their Florida vacation experience for their travelers.

The launch scheduled for today can be seen through a live webcast and can be accessed at www.kennedyspacecenter.com
