Carney’s Kids Foundation Gives $5,000 Gift to Ranken Jordan

Feb. 23, 2011 - PRLog -- February 23, 2011 (St. Louis) – Carney’s Kids Foundation, a locally based not-for-profit group that raises money and awareness for children’s charitable organizations, recently made a $5,000 gift to Ranken Jordan, a pediatric specialty hospital that is one of a handful of hospitals in the country that provide rehabilitation and sub-acute medical treatment for children regardless of their family's ability to pay.

“Our Foundation is run by 100 percent volunteer support and we have no paid staff. Our goal as a volunteer board is to raise money for organizations like Ranken Jordan that provide essential and necessary services to our community in these challenging times,” said John Carney, Carney’s Kids Foundation founder and president.

Carney’s Kids Foundation, a nonprofit, tax-exempt corporation under Section 501 (c) 3 of the Internal Revenue Code, through public events and media exposure, provides financial support and creates positive publicity for not-for-profit organizations whose primary goal is to improve the lives of children.
