Various PEACH units will be set-up at locations throughout the city of Indianapolis providing the Firefighters with much needed back-up Power and HVAC capabilities for a more secure base of field operations from which to provide basic energy needs for emergency lighting, computers, communications equipment, power tool and portable radio recharging systems along with life saving medical equipment. It will enable them to establish and maintain Command & Control functions, Re-Hab, Staging, Triage &/or Treatment that can be applied into the public domain as well. The PEACH will enable many of these firefighters to be able to operate under extreme conditions with little or no effect from the elements on their decision making and do so in a safer, more secure and comfortable environment.
Mr. Irvin French CEO of On Site Manufacturing was quoted as saying, “It is very fortunate that the FDIC is right in our backyard as we are an Indiana based company and we get to showcase our products in the State’s Capital Indianapolis. The weather in March can be difficult; we are not out of winter yet and the PEACH will provide a much needed warm, dry & safe place for our nations Firefighters to rest and work in.”
