Models Direct: Sacha M'Baye Reveals How It Feels To Be A Burberry Model

Feb. 22, 2011 - PRLog -- M'Baye recently spoke to Vogue.com about how it felt when Burberry chose him to appear in their biker-themed spring/summer 2011 campaign alongside top British model Jourdan Dunn.

“I went for a go-see at their very impressive headquarters," he said.

"Whilst I was there, I couldn't understand why I would be asked to come and see them - 'Sacha, Burberry boy? You must be crazy!' I'm not sure if I can sit here and try to explain in words how it felt when I heard I got the job; just amazing.

“I was in the library and when I heard the news I couldn't contain myself from screaming - at which point I was told to leave the library - quietly!”

The shoot, which was shot by Mario Testino, took place on a very cold Brighton beach, but M'Baye still loved the whole experience, saying that “everything went very well”.

“The crew were very nice and welcoming and the experience gained from working with two special people like Mario and Christopher was immeasurable,” M'Baye told Vogue.com.

“I had never met Jourdan before, just heard about her. She's a very nice girl, great at what she does and made me look good!"
